Pricing Philosophy
Our clients deserve certainty in service, relationship and pricing.
We provide services of significant value and superior quality, with an operating model focused on servicing our clients. We deliver these services in the form of financial statements, analysis, opinions, pathways, tax returns, compliance filings, reports, meetings, texts, emails and phone calls.
While there will always be a place for billable hour pricing in our profession, we find it a somewhat archaic system. At our firm, we subscribe to a belief that compensation based on billable hours is problematic and a detrimental incentive, whereas, the success of the firm is measured on the number of hours worked rather than the number of problems solved for clients. We focus on what matters, you: listening, understanding, solving and communicating - without the specter of a timer or a ticking time-clock. We never want our clients to feel they have to rush through a meeting or a phone call in fear of a looming invoice or bill. If you call, e-mail or text our firm with a general question that we can quickly answer, we consider this a courtesy; in fact, these interactions are a fundamental part of our ongoing relationship.
It is NOT our model or philosophy to "sell-time" or "generate billable hours."
